3. Booking and Scheduling

Service Booking

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or our website
• Service times are estimates and may vary based on property conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
• Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original quote
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure quality service delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
• Remove or secure valuable and fragile items
• Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements or restrictions
• Ensure pets are secured during cleaning
• Provide adequate lighting and utilities
• Report any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service

6. Our Responsibilities

Rispuattar Cleaning Services commits to:

• Providing professional, trained, and insured cleaning staff
• Using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respecting client property and privacy
• Maintaining confidentiality of client information
• Providing services in accordance with industry standards

7. Insurance and Liability

• We maintain comprehensive liability insurance coverage
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
• We are not liable for loss of items not properly secured by the client

8. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work:

• If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
• We will return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge
• Re-cleaning must be completed within 48 hours of the original service
• Guarantee applies only to services specifically contracted

9. Health and Safety

• Our staff follows all relevant health and safety regulations
• We use eco-friendly cleaning products when requested
• Clients must inform us of any allergies or health concerns
• We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rispuattar Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Privacy

12. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 7 days written notice. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
